This policy explains how Donyson Store S.R.L. ("Panduno", "we") handles personal data when you visit panduno.com or buy our services. We are the data controller. What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email, billing address, company name and VAT number (if you provide it), and the plan or project purchased. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach us.
• When you book a call: the details you enter in Calendly, such as name, email and notes.
• When you work with us: the access and information you share so we can manage your Amazon account, and our emails with you.
• When you browse: our hosting provider processes technical data like IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Why we use it (legal basis)

• To take payment and deliver the services you bought (performance of a contract).
• To issue invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
• To keep the website secure and running (legitimate interest).
• To reply to your messages and booking requests (legitimate interest or steps before a contract).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Cookies and storage

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. The site stores your cart and your "products / books" choice in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you come back. Stripe and Calendly may set their own cookies on their pages.

Who we share it with

• Stripe (payments), Calendly (call booking), Cloudflare (hosting), Google Workspace (email).
• Our accountant, and authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside the EU. When they do, they use safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by Romanian law (generally 10 years). Other client data is kept for the duration of our collaboration and up to 3 years after, unless you ask us to delete it earlier where the law allows.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, by emailing contact@panduno.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
